Delete your JCI Sibu account
You can delete your account at any time. You don't need the app to do this.
What is deleted
- Your name, IC number, date of birth, gender and race (where possible)
- Your email, phone number and address
- Your profile photo, work details, interests and T-shirt size
- Your business listings and photos in the Business directory
- Your sign-in, on every phone. You'll no longer get alerts.
What is kept, without your personal details
- Claims and receipts: kept as financial records, as the club's accounts require
- Membership fee payment proof: kept as a financial record
- Votes, attendance, points and training totals: kept as anonymous numbers, so past results stay correct
These records are linked only to "Deleted member", not to your name.
Deletion happens immediately once you confirm, and can't be undone. If you have a claim still being processed, please wait until it's finished.
