As we embark on a new chapter together, I am honored to share with you the theme that will guide our endeavors this year – S.E.E.D. This acronym encompasses Sustainability, Efficiency, Excellence, and Doer, reflecting our commitment to cultivating a year of growth, impact, and exceptional service.

Sustainability:
In the spirit of sustainability, our focus extends to three crucial facets: Member Growth, Financial Stability, and Project Organization. We aim not only to expand our JCI family but also to nurture a sustainable financial foundation and streamline our project management for lasting impact.

Efficiency:
Efficiency is the heartbeat of progress. This year, we strive for efficiency in our administrative processes and meetings. By optimizing our operations, we can make the most of our resources and time, ensuring that each action aligns with our shared vision for success.

Excellence:
To achieve excellence, we must collectively strive to step out of our comfort zones. Let’s set audacious goals, challenge ourselves, and embrace innovation. All of us have the capacity to excel beyond our perceived limits and make a meaningful impact on the world around us.

Doer:
Being a Doer is a core value that defines JCI. This year, let us not only articulate our commitment but also embody it. Walking the talk is about translating intentions into actions. Together, as Doers, we will bring our ideas to life, making a tangible impact in our community and beyond.

Our primary focus this year is on recruiting new members, creating strong bonds, and fostering growth within our community. Actively engage in our recruitment initiatives, identify individuals who share our passion, and invite them to join our dynamic family.

Equally important is the nurturing of existing bonds. Through purposeful events and initiatives, let’s build a sense of camaraderie, ensuring that every member feels valued and supported. Together, we’ll create an environment that fosters personal and professional growth within JCI.
