JCI Sibu was bustling with 250 participants from around Malaysia for 2022 Leadership Academy from 12th to 14th August at Kingwood Hotel, Sibu.

This Leadership Academy consists of the forum and workshops. This short weekend taught the youths about leadership and how to take ownership of the change they want to see in society. Strength, cooperation and cultural understanding were a few takeaways from the weekend’s event.
